NEWLY installed barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials in Central Luzon will undergo a budget planning seminar organized by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
DBM Region 3 acting assistant director Gracela Ortiz said the department's staff, together with a pool of trainers, will provide capacity development interventions on planning and budgeting to village officials by January next year.
