PH not stirring up trouble in SCS, says Teodoro

MANILA, Philippines: Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro Jr. on Friday reiterated that it was China, not the Philippines, that was stirring up trouble in the South China Sea.

'Who is encroaching on the South China Sea, West Philippine Sea especially? It is China. The Philippines is not stirring up trouble,' Teodoro told reporters at Camp Aguinaldo after the 84th founding anniversary of the Department of National Defense. Teodoro said that China is indeed creating trouble in the South China Sea.
