Shearline to bring cloud clusters, rains

(UPDATE) THE shearline where the cold northeast monsoon wind and the hot easterlies converge will bring cloud clusters and rains over the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Saturday.

In its 5 a.m. bulletin, the state-run weather bureau said the northeast monsoon or amihan is currently affecting some parts of Luzon, bringing cloudy skies and drizzles.
