CLI to develop new condominium project

LISTED Visayas-Mindanao real estate developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) is looking to boost its residential portfolio with the planned development of a new condominium following board approval.

In a disclosure on Friday, CLI said its board of directors, in a meeting a day earlier, had authorized its entry into a venture to construct a residential condominium in Midtown Cebu City.
