ANGELES CITY: For the second consecutive year, Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. has been given the Gawad Makabata award for the local chief executive category on Wednesday, November 22.
The citation was conferred by the Regional Sub-Committee for the Welfare of Children (RSCWC)-Central Luzon during the 31st National Children's Month regional culminating ceremony.
