TO beef up human resources at the Laoag International Airport which continues to expand its operations, the Ilocos Norte-based Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) is eying to offer a joint diploma course on Aeronautics Mechanics with the World Citi Colleges-Aeronautical and Technological College (WCC-ATC) in Binalonan, Pangasinan.

MMSU President Dr. Shirley Agrupis said MMSU has been nurturing a strong friendship over the past year, and on November 17, 2023 forged ties under a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with WCC-ATC represented by its president and chief executive officer Raymond Patrick Guico.
