A FORMER village councilor of Cotabato City and two others who were allegedly involved in gun-running activities were arrested during an entrapment operation conducted by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) in Cotabato City on Monday, November 20.

CIDG regional chief LtCol. Ariel Huesca identified the arrested as Tokan Salik Mamalangkas, 42, a former kagawad from Purok Matigkel, Rosary Heights 7, Cotabato City; Alrajem Sansaluna, 23, from Barrio 2, Koronodal City, South Cotabato; and Alinor Sansaluna Silongan, 21, from Dalican, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao del Norte.
