PARIS: Ukraine's advance on the left bank of the Dnieper River occupied by the Russian army is considered a success after months of a grueling counteroffensive, but this could be difficult to turn into a real breakthrough, experts say.
Both Ukraine and Russia said last week that Kyiv's forces established a presence on the eastern bank of the Dnieper.
