THE Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Plug and Play Tech Center to scale up the startup ecosystem in the country.
Speaking at the signing ceremony in Makati City on Tuesday, Trade Secretary Alfredo Pascual said that the MoU will cover various industries, and forging partnerships with the private sector and the academe to accelerate the startup ecosystem in the Philippines.
