CAMP BGEN VICENTE LIM, Calamba City: Police may have solved the case of a student rider who was found dead and floating in a creek in Magallanes, Cavite, following the arrest of a man who was riding a stolen motorcycle with no plate number.
The Regional Highway Patrol Unit 4A, under the supervision of RHPU4A chief Col. Rommel Estolano, carried out an anti-carnapping operations that resulted in the arrest of Mark Razzel Garcia for violation of Republic Act (RA) 10883 (The New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016) and Presidential Decree (PD) 1612 (Anti-Fencing Law).
