Lowell Bagaipo, Civil-Military Operations chief in Davao de Oro, said the Philippine Army's 125th Infantry Battalion (125IB) launched military flagship project dubbed "KM Learning" at Bukal Elementary School in the province to help students in Nabunturan and Monkayo towns continue their education.
