MANILA, Philippines: The first big test came in as expected for Magnolia when the Hotshots fell behind by as many as 26 points against long-time PBA rival Barangay Ginebra in the first of the many Manila Clasico games for Season 48 Sunday night.
The Hotshots staggered and stumbled as opposed to the Gin Kings energy and hustle during the opening half who erected a massive 60-35 halftime lead at the turn.
