BIÑAN CITY: A man claiming to be a high-ranking officer of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) was arrested after authorities found in his possession assorted firearms and hundreds of ammunition during the implementation of search warrant here on Saturday, November 18.
According to reports, joint personnel of the CIDG Laguna Provincial Field Unit (PFU), Philippine National Police (PNP) and AFP teams discovered and confiscated about 38 assorted firearms, different magazines and hundreds of ammunition for different calibers during a raid in an alleged "army training ground" in this city.
