The low pressure area (LPA) spotted off Mindanao has dissipated but two weather systems will affect the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday.

Weather specialist Robert "Obet" Badrina said the northeast monsoon will bring overcast skies with light rains in Apayao, Cagayan Valley and Quezon.
