After three years of implementation Project Scope's efforts to enhance the lives of more than 19,000 persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Parañaque, Taguig, and Pateros have paid off.

Project Scope empowered children with disabilities, their parents, caregivers, organizations of persons with disabilities (OPDs), and other civil society organizations (CSOs) to engage effectively with local governments by expressing their rights and monitoring the use of public resources for their benefit. This participation, in turn, helped improve policies, programs and services for children with disabilities.
