San Miguel Beer booked its first win following a disappointing meltdown the last time, beating Meralco, 93-83 on Sunday in the 2023-24 PBA Commissioner's Cup at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Virgin Island big man Ivan Aska dropped 27 points and 13 rebounds while neutralizing Meralco import Suleiman Braimoh, which allowed SMB to secure its first win following its 117-113 overtime loss to NLEX several days back.
