TUGUEGARAO CITY: A 19-year-old third-year medical technology student and suspect in the shooting and mauling of a friend-classmate at St. Paul University in Ugac Norte was granted temporary liberty after he was allowed to post bail.
The suspect identified as Kristian Rafael Ramos, son of a police officer in the City of Ilagan, was indicted before the prosecutor's office for frustrated murder and violation of the Omnibus Election Code due to the existing gun ban.
