(UPDATE) FORMER vice president Ma. Leonor "Leni" Robredo caught up with former senator Leila de Lima in Naga City on Thursday, four days after the latter walked free from detention on bail.

It was Robredo's first meeting with de Lima after the former senator was released from Camp Crame on Monday. According to Robredo, de Lima told her that she wanted to spend time with her mother in Iriga once she is free. The former senator eventually got to meet her mother upon reaching her hometown.
