MANILA, Philippines: The Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) said it supported the restrictions of the Department of Transportation (DoTr) on the access and use of the busways along EDSA.
However, it was not in favor of the proposal of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), allowing a convoy of five "vehicles of officials" on the busway, saying that it "runs counter to globally accepted Busway standards" and said it must not become a policy.
