In the Q&A segment, Lakrini was asked, "What is your favorite life motto and why do you choose that?"
Lakrini said: "Well, my favorite life quote would be to always enjoy the moment, 'cause you never know when it's too late. I am very happy that my family is here, actually, because I haven't seen them in two years. And you know, it's always important to live in the moment, live 'cause you never know when it's too late; and I think Covid really showed us to really enjoy each and every single second with family members, loved ones, or just friends."
During the first round of the evening gown competition, Lakrini and the rest of the candidates all wore emerald green gowns. In the second round, Lakrini glistened in a silver gown designed by Louis Pangilinan, Filipino designer, who created the gowns for the Top 15.
Back in May, the 26-year-old Filipina-German model made it to the Top 4 of Binibining Pilipinas 2023, eventually winning the Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2023 title. She has been advocating accessible and affordable nutrition and she cited Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach as her inspiration.
