EDUARDO Perreras bested over 600 participants to win the grand prize and the bragging rights of being the first champion of the inaugural "Hindi Umuurong sa Pagtulong" art competition, backed by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) in cooperation with Sentro Artista.
Perreras, a self-taught visual artist from Angeles City, Pampanga, took home a whopping P1 million in the biggest art competition in the country.
