MANILA, Philippines: The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology did not issue a tsunami warning despite a magnitude 7.2 earthquake in Davao Occidental on Friday afternoon.
Phivolcs said the tremor took place around 4: 14 p.m some 30 kilometers southwest of Sarangani in the province.
