PALO, Leyte: The Department of Public Works and Highways in Region 8 (DPWH Eastern Visayas) has urged drivers to be mindful of the anti-overloading regulation following a recent incident in which a truck damaged its axle while going over the San Juanico Bridge.
DPWH Eastern Visayas Director Edgar Tabacon appealed on Monday to truckers and hauling service providers to adhere to their respective gross vehicle weight (GVW) and axle load limits.
