Prosecutor summons Duterte over 'threats'

(UPDATE) THE Quezon City Prosecutor's Office has ordered former president Rodrigo Duterte to appear on Dec. 4 and 11, 2023, and answer the complaint filed against him by ACT Teachers party-list Rep. France Castro.

Senior Assistant City Prosecutor Ulric Badiola directed Duterte to show up during the preliminary investigation of the case.
