Cua first Pinoy to lead LGU Asia Pacific group

QUIRINO governor and Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines president Dakila 'Dax' Cua was elected president of the United Cities and Local Governments-Asia Pacific (UCLG-Aspac).

Cua was elected during the 9th UCLG-Aspac Congress held in Yiwu, China, from November 13 to 15. He is the first Filipino to assume the role.
