The arrangement will take effect in the fourth quarter of this year following regulatory approvals, PAL said on Wednesday.
The deal covers flights from Manila to 27 destinations within the Philippines and Singapore Airlines' flights to six destinations in Europe — Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Milan, Paris, Rome and Zurich.
