MANILA, Philippines: The Department of Transportation (DoTr) commended an enforcer for refusing a bribe from a motorist who was apprehended for passing through the Carousel Bus Lane along EDSA on Monday.

The DoTr shared a video of the incident on Wednesday in its Facebook page. Although the faces of Jennifer Salen of the Inter-agency Council for Traffic (i-ACT) and the motorist, a taxi driver, were not shown, the unidentified driver's offer of money in exchange for his driver's license and OR/CR and her refusal were evident.
