MAAP's Santos receives Japanese envoy's award

JAPANESE Ambassador to the Philippines Koshikawa Kazuhiko honored Vice Admiral Eduardo Ma Santos, president of the Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP), for his contribution to the Japan-Philippines economic relations, especially to the maritime industry.

Santos received the Foreign Minister's Commendation Award on Friday, November 10, at the residence of Ambassador Kazuhiko.
