METRO Pacific Investments Corp. (MPIC) said Tuesday that it recorded a 37-percent growth in nine-month consolidated core net income, to P16.2 billion from P11.8 billion a year ago, amid improvements in its power, water, and tollway businesses.
MPIC reported a 31-percent increase in contribution from operations, anchored on the robust performance of the power generation business and a higher water tariff for its water concession.
