NHL player joins fight against exploitation

NATIONAL Hockey League (NHL) player Jaccob Slavin of the Carolina Hurricanes and his wife Kylie have announced that they have partnered with the International Justice Mission (IJM) in the hopes of reaching $1 million in the fight against child online exploitation in the Philippines.

On Sunday, Slavin launched the Fight For Freedom campaign on his X handle, with a minute-long video explaining it. A separate handle was also created for the said campaign.
