Elasto Painters need to shoot better in three-point land

MANILA, Philippines: Rain or Shine stalwarts Leonard Santillan and Rey Nambatac both agreed that the team will have to shoot better from three-point zone and up the ante of their defense in order to arrest a 0-2 start for Season 48.

'We weren't consistent and aggressive on defense that's why we started 0-2,' Santillan told the Manila Times, whose team is coming off a one-day break following Sunday's morale-deflating 113-103 defeat at the hands of the rampaging NorthPort squad.
