Retired policeman shot dead in Cavite

MARAGONDON, Cavite: A retired police officer was found dead with multiple bullet wounds near his residence in Barangay Pantihan 1 here on Monday, November 13.

The police identified the victim as Carmelo Franco Artisano, a retired police officer and a resident of the said area.
