ENRAGED residents targeted vandalized a Victory Liner Royal Class Sleeper bus after it crashed into a motorcycle, killing one of its passengers in Tabuk City, Kalinga on Sunday, November 12.
The bus driven by Diosdado Valdez, 48, was heading to Cubao when the accident took place.
