THE New Era University (NEU) Library Department hosted the 13th Annual General Assembly and signing of the memorandum of agreement (MoA) of the Quezon City Library Consortium (QCLC) held at the NEU Professional Schools Building on October 27, 2023.
Twenty-two participating libraries, mostly private colleges and universities, within the Quezon City area signed the renewed MoA. QCLC members were also given a tour of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) Museum.
