TANAY, Rizal: Two Japanese traditional sports executives arrived in the Philippines Friday night to witness and join the celebration of the traditional "Sikaran Festival sa Tanay Hane" on Sunday, November 12, here.
Through the invitation of US-based Filipino martial arts Grandmaster and founder of Global Sikaran Federation Hari Osias Catolos Banaag, International Council of Traditional Sports and Games (ICTSG) vice president Yuko Baba and well-known Japanese journalist and movie animation director Tetsuya Tsuda will be the special guests of honor in the historic Sikaran event and festivity at the Tanay Municipal basketball court in Barangay Kat-bayani.
