SEN. Francis Tolentino sought the recall of the Philippine ambassador to Beijing to express the country's "strong condemnation" of China Coast Guard's (CCG) repeated harassment of Philippine vessels in the West Philippine Sea.
The Philippine government has accused a CCG vessel of firing a water cannon at a Philippine boat on a resupply mission to Ayungin Shoal on Friday.
