THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) is closely monitoring a low pressure area (LPA) that developed outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Pagasa's weather specialist Obet Badrina said on Sunday the LPA has yet to directly affect the country.
