President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. welcomes Timor-Leste President Jose Ramos-Horta in Malacanang on Friday, Nov. 10, 2023. The two leaders are expected to discuss areas of political, educational and economic cooperation. Ramos-Horta, who arrived on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, is on a four-day state visit to the country.
