DAVAO CITY: The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) here has initially recorded 127 families or 454 individuals who were evacuated to safer grounds when severe floods caused by the heavy downpour submerged eight barangay (villages) on Wednesday evening, November 8.
Ezzra James Fernandez, the CDRRMO operations assistant, said in a media forum on Thursday morning that the number of affected families could still rise as the city continuously gets information from the affected villages.
