THE Museum of Natural History has just announced a new exhibit of stunning underwater photographs from our Philippine Verde Island Passage, a center of biodiversity and wellspring of sea life way beyond its borders into the farther seas and oceans.

Well, good luck on getting to the Museum of Natural History, which I needed to do last Sunday but had the most devilish time navigating. Thanks to the arbitrary and unannounced traffic changes that the city of Manila traffic authority has put in place, resulting in barricades along Kalaw Street right in front of the Museum of Natural History, getting there will be like finding your way out of a devilish labyrinth.
