Paul Soriano returns to Tokyo film fest with 'The Fisher'

Director Paul Soriano's latest film, 'The Fisher,' had two successful screenings in the World Focus section of the 36th Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF).

The film became the first Filipino movie to be nominated for the Ethical Film Award at this prestigious festival.
