MANUFACTURING output picked up in both value and volume terms in September, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reported on Thursday.
The Value of Production Index (VaPI) expanded by 8.9 percent, up from August's 7.5 percent a month but slower than the year-earlier 12.6 percent.
