FinScore exec urges focus on upskilling

Speaking at the 4th Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) NextGen Conference 2023 in Pasay City, Christo Georgiev, FinScore country manager and chief operating officer, emphasized that the country lacks software and data science engineering talents, which he described as a 'biggest struggle.'

Georgiev emphasized that most of the work in the IT industry requires a 'specific background,' especially in financial technology where there are evidently increasing users.
