DoTr railway projects to push through if China is on board

THE Department of Transportation (DoTr) said the government is pushing through with the P141.79-billion Philippine National Railways (PNR) South Long-Haul deal once the Chinese government releases its official development assistance (ODA).

DoTr Secretary Jaime Bautista told reporters that the PNR South Long Haul project has yet to be funded by the Chinese government.
