DAVAO CITY: A newly elected village chief in Barangay Datu Abdul in Panabo City, Davao del Norte was shot dead on Tuesday afternoon, November 7.
A police report identified the victim as engineer Paul Albert Saquian who suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician at the Rivera Hospital in Panabo City.
