MANILA, Philippines: The United States, France and China – through their respective embassies in Manila – joined the Philippines in commemorating the devastation wrought by Supertyphoon "Yolanda" (international name: Haiyan) 10 years ago.
The French Embassy in the Philippines on Wednesday recalled how the tragedy in 2013 mobilized the international community to address climate change.
