(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. led the nation on Wednesday in commemorating the 10th anniversary of the devastation wrought by Super Typhoon "Yolanda" (international name: Haiyan) and urged Filipinos to "remember the unaccounted victims" of the disaster.
