EEI sells 60% share in unit BiotechJP

In a disclosure, EEI said it assigned 181,815 common shares in BiotechJP to Earthman Consulting & Development Corp., a company with interests in agricultural industry business, for P50 million.

The construction firm said its board of directors had authorized EEI President and Chief Executive Officer Henry Antonio to negotiate the terms and conditions of the sale.
