Teachers in 10 Negros towns not yet paid

BACOLOD CITY: The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has not yet paid the public school teachers who served during the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) in 10 local government units (LGUs) in Negros Occidental, data from the poll body's provincial office showed.

These teachers who have yet to receive their honorariums are from Victorias City, Valladolid, La Castellana, Moises Padilla, Himamaylan City, Cauayan, Hinobaan and Bacolod City.
