MANILA, Philippines: Over 200 individuals or 53 families in a coastal village in Bauan, Batangas who were evacuated due to a chemical spill last week have returned to their homes.
They were forced to leave a few minutes after two drums of the Naphtha solvent leaked due to an "untightened drain plug" in their storage tank and spilled into the community last week.
